Apply Magnesium Butter liberally to affected area. IO Magnesium Butter is more concentrated than most other magnesium products on the market, so you may use a little at first and wait a minute or two before applying more, as even small amounts are efficacious. Do not apply to broken skin. Broken skin may sting slightly when applied, or if you have a magnesium deficiency.  Apply twice per day or as needed until symptoms are gone.
